4. Booking and Reservations

4.1 Booking Process

To book our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete booking information

• Pay the required deposit or full payment as specified

4.2 Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from Arena Tactics. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking confirmation.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required for bookings made within 30 days of the tour date
• For bookings made more than 30 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due 30 days before the tour
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified
• Payment processing fees may apply for certain payment methods

5.3 Additional Costs

Unless specified otherwise, the following are not included in tour prices:

• Personal travel insurance
• Meals and beverages (unless specified)
• Transportation to and from meeting points

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 30 days before tour: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 15-30 days before tour: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before tour: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before tour: No refund

6.2 Arena Tactics Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

• Insufficient bookings (minimum numbers not met)
• Severe weather conditions or safety concerns
• Force majeure events
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In case of cancellation by Arena Tactics, customers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

6.3 No-Shows

Customers who fail to appear for their scheduled tour without prior notice will not be entitled to any refund.

Participants must:
